I have a limited budget... how much can I expect to pay?

Limited budget? No problem. We'll try our best to work within your needs and budget constraints to develop a solution that's elegant and affordable.

We're totally honest and up-front with our clients. If we see ways you can cut corners to lower costs, we'll let you know. When your time and budget allow for more, just come back to us and we'll pick up right where we left off.

How long does the design/development process take?

Design and development time can vary, depending on the complexity and scope of the project. Along with your initial free quote, we'll send you a rough time-to-completion estimate. Once you give us the go ahead to get started, we'll give you an exact start and complete date that you can plan around.

We know your time is a precious commodity and we take deadlines very seriously. Rest assured that we'll meet your needs on time and in-budget.

How can I track the progress of my project?

Once we start your project, we'll create a special page on our site where you can follow our progress and easily submit any comments or revisions.

You designed our print pieces. Can you get them printed for us?

Although we don't do printing internally, we can connect you with people that do at a fair price. If you would like for us to take care of this entire process, we can even manage it for you at an additional fee.

Can I have the original files for my project?

Most of our packages come with the original layered artwork to keep in your archives. Once your project is complete, you'll receive a disc and documentation of all your files along with our invoice. We can provide additional copies upon request for a small fee.
